JOHN ABBATE ARTHUR AUGEROT IRENE QIAN Project Manager Design Director Art Director John has over 20+ years of apparel & successful global brands’ experience. From Visual Merchandising manager of European Market at Ralph Lauren to Head of Global Visibility and Store Design at Alfred Dunhill; John’s purpose is to share a vast & global experience with clients that need international expertise & approach to commercial design. He is specialist at understanding retail luxury & design to create desire. His creations always express the true brand identity and relate to their customers. Arthur is a founding partner of Design Overlay. He studied design at the prestigious French “International school of design” preparing a master’s degree in “engineering design management”. He then worked many years in the retail design industry in Paris & Shanghai and earn recognition for his highly creative skills. He is a competition winner with over 15 different design pitch successes and international design award recognitions. Prior to founding Design Overlay, Irene has been working for over 12 years in Mainland China in project management & furniturve construction . She has helped throughout whole projects life cycles delivering numerous retail boutiques. She developed a real passion for fabrication techniques and has been coordinating all types of profiles. From designers to general contractors, construction workers and on-site vendors, she diligently took responsibility to control costs and timings over every endeavor.
